How to use it — step by step
Place it on a flat surface
Keep the trimmer on a yoga mat or floor. Sit down comfortably with your legs slightly bent in front of you. Place both feet firmly into the foot pedals — wear socks or shoes for better grip.
Hold the handles
Grip both foam handles with both hands. Keep your back straight — do not hunch. Lean back slightly to a 45° angle so your core is already engaged before you begin pulling.
